She was such a calm and supportive presence, she centered me and helped me throughout the process: before, during and after. I had Ruth on my third birth and it made such a difference to our experience!! She provided so much knowledge even before the birth that allowed me to make decisions that were more aligned to me. I loved her support before, during and after!
